The Townsville Brass Academy is where new players get the focused support they need to start their musical journey with confidence. It offers one‑on‑one and small‑group tuition designed to help beginners learn the basics quickly, build good habits, and develop the skills they’ll use in our bands.
Academy students work closely with experienced tutors who guide them through the fundamentals of brass playing at a pace that suits them. As players grow in confidence and ability, they’re encouraged to move into the Beginner Band, Youth Band, and eventually our performance ensembles.
